The free consult is done virtually, but you and your therapist will decide if in person, virtual telehealth or a combination is best for you or your child/adolescent.

It is best to contact your therapist via the Simple Practice Client Portal.  Simple Practice has a HIPAA complaint messaging feature that is ideal for contacting your therapist.
